Our team is here to better assist you. To start the warranty process, please fill out the information provided.  

Once the information has been completed our team will review the information (please allow 2-3 days for further examination by the product team). If the information presents further investigation, we will request the part back for quality control. After the information has been reviewed and if approved, we will start to process a replacement order. Please ensure you complete the entire form as any missing information could result in processing delays.

GSPXTV DOES NOT cover warranties:

  • For parts used on incorrect applications

  • External Boot Damage

f the process has been approved, GSPXTV will cover the replacement part at no cost. The customer is responsible for the $25 shipping fee. Payments are processed through an invoice that will be provided in a separate email for payment. After confirmation of payment, the order will get processed as usual.
