Incomplete Labor Claims will not be processed without supporting documentation. Please contact Tech Support for any questions.
Upon receipt, GSP will review the labor claim and assign a case number. In certain cases, the defective part will need to be sent to our tech dept. for further analysis. Claims are generally processed within 7-10 business days. Claims totaling over $300 will need a complete Engineering/QC Analysis and are subject to a 6-8 week processing time. Once the labor claim is approved, a credit memo will be sent to the customer and the part will be destroyed 30 days after approval. If denied, the customer will have 30 days to request the part shipped back to them or the item will be destroyed.
