Upon receipt, GSP will review the labor claim and assign a case number. In certain cases, the defective part will need to be sent into our tech dept. for further analysis. Claims are generally processed within 7-10 business days.

Claims totaling over $300 will need a complete Engineering/QC Analysis and are subject to a 6–8-week processing time.

Once the labor claim is approved, a credit memo will be sent to the customer. If denied, the customer will have 30 days to request part shipped back to them or the item will be destroyed.

Labor claims will be accepted within 6 months or 6,000 miles/10,000 km, whichever comes first. All labor claims over this time/mileage period will be rejected.
