Last week, our GSP North America crew gathered for three full days of strategic planning—time set aside to step away from the day-to-day, look at the big picture, and make sure we’re set up for a strong finish to the year.
It was more than just meetings and presentations. It was a chance to get the whole team in the same room, share ideas, tackle challenges together, and make sure we’re all pulling in the same direction. From refining initiatives to brainstorming new opportunities, every conversation reminded us why collaboration is one of our biggest strengths.
But this gathering was special for another reason, too. We got to celebrate the incredible career of our friend and teammate, David Young, as he heads into a well-earned retirement.

We managed to surprise David with a walk down memory lane—photos, stories, and plenty of laughs from the years we’ve shared. David has been a constant source of energy, knowledge, and positivity on our team. He’s the kind of person who not only gets the job done but makes the journey better for everyone around him.
David, we can’t thank you enough for your enthusiasm, hard work, and the mark you’ve left on GSP. You’ll be missed, but we couldn’t be happier for you as you start this next chapter.
Three days of strategy, team building, and celebrating one of our own—it’s hard to ask for more. Here’s to carrying that momentum forward for the rest of the year and beyond.
