Week 10

Alex:

This week was busy for the team with strategic planning. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend these meetings due to capacity constraints. After completing all my recurring tasks, I focused on organizing some of our marketing content. This allowed me to review years of products and marketing tactics, gaining insights into how our strategies have evolved over time in response to trends. I observed that while each person has a unique approach to marketing, many companies tend to follow the same platforms and trends. This experience has been enlightening, providing me with a broader understanding of our marketing history and industry practices.

Jack:

During my internship this week, I created a putaway log for South Carolina and Avondale to help keep track of pieces missing on purchase orders. This log is instrumental in helping us identify gaps and improve fill rates on low POs. By maintaining a detailed record of missing items, we can more effectively address issues and enhance our inventory management processes. This proactive approach ensures that we are better equipped to meet demand and improve overall efficiency in our operations.
