Week 2

Rebecca – Operations Intern

"This week I wrapped up the core algorithms for automating our monthly report and started building the pivot tables and charts to bring it to life. It’s rewarding to see how these tools will help streamline our reporting process—and I’m excited to see the final product take shape."

Eli – Data Analytics Intern

"My second week was packed with insights. I learned how we pull and compile data for Evan and I even got to sit in on a sales meeting with the full team. That experience really helped me understand how data supports decision-making on the front lines. Brad also introduced my internship project—exploring how we can implement AI into GSP operations. On top of that, I’m nearly 70% finished with my Power BI training. A lot of learning, but it’s been exciting!"

Bre – Product & Sourcing Intern

"This week I met with Andrew Martinez to go over my main project: reviewing and updating the buyer’s guide. He walked me through the formatting process and emphasized how accuracy is crucial. I’ve been using the PDM to cross-check all the part details. I’m making steady progress and am already over halfway through. It’s rewarding knowing this guide will directly support both the sourcing and sales teams."
